Travel Fee: $25 per 10 miles from notary to signer location

Notarial Acts: Charged per notarial act based on your state's fee guidelines

Service Fee: $7.95 per app transaction (paid by customer)

Payment Processing: 2.9% + 30¢ per successful credit card charge (deducted from notary's payout when Stripe processes their payment - same rate for all cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:

• 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund (no fees)
• 2-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
• Less than 2 hours before appointment: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
• Within 5 minutes of booking: Free cancellation (grace period)

Wait Time: Per-minute wait time fee applies if the notary has arrived at the signing location and has been waiting for more than 5 minutes

Payment is required to initiate service, and all fees are transparent with no hidden costs.
